What St. Petersburg does to a window
Nowhere in the city is more than a few miles from salt water. The east side, from the downtown waterfront up through Snell Isle, Shore Acres and Venetian Isles, takes a haze off Tampa Bay that dries gray on the glass. The south end, Bayway Isles and Tierra Verde, gets it from the Gulf and Boca Ciega Bay at the same time, and the west-facing sliders there can film over in a couple of weeks when the wind is up.

How often should windows be cleaned in St. Petersburg?
Homes under the oaks in Old Northeast, Kenwood and Crescent Lake do well every quarter, which keeps pollen, mildew and reclaimed-water spots from building up. Homes on Snell Isle, Shore Acres, Venetian Isles, Bayway Isles or Tierra Verde do better every two months because of salt. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in the gated communities?

Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
