What Treasure Island does to a window
Along Gulf Boulevard in Treasure Island, Madeira Beach and the Redingtons the glass faces the open Gulf, and a few windy days are enough to leave a gray film on west-facing windows. Sunset Beach at the south end is the most exposed stretch we clean anywhere in the county, and the sun bakes the salt on by midafternoon.

A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Treasure Island?
Every two months for anything facing the Gulf on Treasure Island, Madeira Beach or the Redingtons. Quarterly for the canal homes on Isle of Palms, Paradise Island and Isle of Capri. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in the gated communities?
Yes. Most of the island streets are open, and we also work in the gated condo and townhome buildings along Gulf Boulevard and on the Intracoastal in Madeira Beach and Redington Shores. Just add us to your gate list or tell us the procedure when you book.
Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
